At User2 Computers, we’re committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of customers who visit our website and stores. In particular, we want you to know that User2 are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists or other data with companies and businesses for marketing purposes. This practice can be annoying and we just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Where relevant we receive data from processes running on your device such as PC or server monitoring software. We may also be sent data about you from approved third parties for software licensing, cloud technologies, domain, broadband services or anti virus and security products.
Examples of 3rd parties we may share data with in order to provide you with the best possible service are Microsoft, ESET, Heimdal or other security specialist we recommend and data back up specialists such as Datto or Acronis.
These are all required so that we can provide the best possible service to you but are limited as to the scope of your request.

Your use of such products and services may be subject to your own organisation’s policies. If your organisation is administering your use of the User2 products and services, please direct your privacy enquiries to your company manager. User2 is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.
If you use an email address provided by an organisation or employer you are affiliated with to access User2 services, the owner of the domain (e.g. your employer) associated with your email address may: (i) control and administer your User2 products and services (ii) access and process your data, including the contents of your communications and files.

User2 reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its users on this page and/or – as far as technically and legally feasible – sending a notice to users via any contact information available to User2.
